Agiito’s M&E Team win crowned industry’s best.

Our Meeting and Events team took home their seventh award of the year, winning the prestigious ‘Travel partner of the year – Meetings & Events’ category at this year’s Business Travel Awards Europe 2023.

Agiito beat off tough competition to take home the coveted trophy when the awards were announced during the glittering ceremony on 30 October at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.

Judges praised our meetings and events team for how we were the first to launch the much-needed live availability functionality, the steps we’ve taken to measure the impact of events on the environment, and how we practically take feedback from our customers so quickly to improve our offering.

Up for four awards on the night, Agiito led the way in this year’s shortlist, with more finalists than any other TMC. As well as being up for Travel partner of the year - Medium TMC, Technology innovation – Meetings & Events (Meetingspro) and Travel Team of the Year (Agiito and Atkins), our customer, Janine Whitehouse from Legal and General, also made the final in the Travel Buyer of the Year category.

The prestigious Business Travel Europe Awards 2023 recognises and celebrates the industry’s leadership, partnership and innovation throughout the last 12 months. Last year, we took home two awards National TMC and Account Management Team of the Year, and our customer Eloise Ferrara-Neched of Royal Mail Group, won Travel Buyer of the Year and was one of this year’s judges.

This is not only one of the highest amounts we’ve been shortlisted for at this event, but also more than any other TMC! This brings our annual total to 14 wins – half of which have been won by our meeting!
