We are proud to have been shortlisted as one of the industry’s ‘Best Places to Work’.
Every year leading meetings and events publication, C&IT, hosts the Best Places to Work Awards so agencies can get recognised for the great workplaces and initiatives that make them stand out and benchmark themselves against others.
The scheme, which was designed to help event agency team leaders develop the best possible working environments for their staff, has been running since 2019 – where we scooped silver!
Katie Blount, Director of Experience, explained why having an enjoyable workplace environment is more important than ever before: “The pandemic impacted resourcing levels and morale, and we’ve been working hard to create a fun and flexible working environment, focused on employee mental health and wellbeing. We continue to nurture talent within the industry and our industry-leading service length and satisfaction scores say it all".
"Since we won ‘silver’ in 2019, we have redesigned our internal communication to be more engaging and introduced new initiatives, from virtual coffee mornings and giving colleagues an extra day’s annual leave on their birthdays, so we can go for gold. Hopefully this is the year we achieve it”.
We will compete against 5 other agencies in the Large Agency category. The winner will be announced as part of this year’s C&IT Awards, where we are also shortlisted for the UK Agency of the Year, being held at The Londoner in Leicester Square on 30 September.
