We have once again been shortlisted in the Top Business Travel Agency UK category at the Top 50 Travel Agency Awards 2023.
As part of their search for the nation’s top travel agencies, The TTG Travel Agency Awards are focused on recognising the very best customer service and expertise, whilst praising the agents and operations teams who have gone above and beyond over the last year.
“We are really pleased to have secured a spot in the top five business travel agencies for a second year running. This is a highly competitive category and I believe we’ve got this far thanks to the new technology we have invested in, our collaboration within the industry and our fabulous people,” said Donna Fitzgerald, Chief Operating Officer at Agiito.
This comes after our Facilities Manager, Michelle Bielecki’s sustainability and charity efforts won her the Travel Trade Gazette’s Community Hero Award in 2022.
