Agiito ‘Rising Star’ joins the Generation BTA board.

Agiito Georgia Suttie Generation BTA Board member

Our Venue Find Operations Manager, Georgia Suttie, has become the latest member to join the newly-formed Generation BTA Advisory Board.

The Business Travel Association launched the Generation BTA Advisory Board in October 2022, with an aim to generate “new and diverse perspectives”.

Georgia, who recently won The Business Travel People’s Rising Star and a place as a Business Travel Ambassador, was selected out of dozens of industry applications to join the Board.

“I’m honoured to have secured a place on the Generation BTA Advisory Board, with the opportunity to represent the next generation of business travel leaders and, together with the Business Travel Ambassador campaign, make a difference to the industry’s future”, explained Georgia.

“The new Board is a great initiative for the industry to start appealing to a more diverse demographic and make a difference to how it is perceived. I know I’m fully supported by my Agiito colleagues and look forward to making working together with my wider peers”.

Georgia will be an industry representative, channelling issues through Board meetings and workshops, as part of the two-year term.

“The BTA is delighted to have had so many applications. It is a true reflection that our industry’s future is in safe hands. Georgia, along with her Generation BTA Board colleagues, will play an important role in the future of the Association and help set objectives for our sector to achieve over the coming years. I’m confident that the Board will help bring a fresh perspective into how we, as the BTA, represent everyone in business travel.” said Clive Wratten, Chief Executive of The Business Travel Association.

Georgia will join James Parkhouse, Katie Blount, Kirsty Given and Sharon Bannister who also represent Agiito on the different BTA boards and committees.
