Our responsibility - environment, social and governance.
With sustainability at the top of the agenda for most organisations, we recognise our responsibility to connect people in the safest and greenest way possible. Now more than ever, we know how important it is for you to make environmentally friendly travel decisions at every step of your journey.
Through our people, communities, partnerships, and the way we do business, we’re able to make this possible.
The right connections for a sustainable future.

Our business.
We’re constantly measuring the impact of our business activities on the planet. That’s why we have targets to reduce the emissions for our business operations.
Avoid
We offer virtual and hybrid solutions to help prevent and avoid unnecessary travel.
CO2
Reduce
We empower our customers with a greater awareness of their CO2 expenditure by offering sustainable options at the point of planning. Customers can filter by and compare CO2 emissions across air, rail and within the meeting space.
Replace
We work with sustainable hotels and venues to offer customers opportunities to choose the greener option.
Compensate
We’ve partnered with Trees4Travel to offer our customers a comprehensive, affordable, and tangible way to compensate their essential emissions through planting trees and high-quality investment into renewable energy projects.
Here’s an example of how we’ve planted a legacy forest for one of our customers…

Social.
We set our standards high by living and breathing our values, which are all about creating and enriching our community.
Environment.
We’re dedicated to reducing our environmental impact and supporting our customers to do the same.
That’s why we’ve set ambitious and challenging goals to ensure sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do, internally and externally, so that we reach our commitment to achieving net zero by 2035.
This is how we’ll get there…
Carbon neutral by 2035.

We believe it enables everyone to flourish, without bias or judgement. Without our creative thinkers and no-messing problem solvers, we couldn’t connect people the way that we do today.

In 2022, we proudly donated over £32,000 in gifts, charity fundraising and time spent volunteering for causes across the UK.
We really have done it all! From fundraising for Macmillan, to donating office furniture, corporate clothing, winter accessories and children’s books to local projects. We’ve also made regular donations to foodbanks and clocked up over 485 hours’ worth of volunteering at various charities.

As part of our commitment to supporting our employees’ mental health and wellbeing, we’ve signed a partnership with Matthew Holman, founder of Simpila Mental Health, to provide additional support and guidance to shape our workplace.
“It’s so great to be back working with Agiito and the Mental Health First Aider community to help raise greater awareness of the challenges with mental health and how we can come together to improve the workplace for the future”.
We raised over £11,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support in the past year.
We were very busy raising money for our chosen charity! Our employees braved the shave, took part in Macmillan’s Longest Golf Day (72 holes in a day), hosted an Auction of Promises, and did lots of weird and wonderful things to raise money for this worthy cause.

Governance.
Good governance flows through our business; we do the right thing for the right reasons.

Operating a Governance, Risk and Compliance framework gives the business, our customers, suppliers and partners the assurance needed for strong, lasting relationships built on trust.
Business impacts are assessed and understood, informing robust continuity plans so we can quickly adapt and respond without disrupting operations. Taking a risk-based approach to business decisions and our people’s safety.
We uphold robust supplier due diligence and govern this throughout the supplier life cycle.
Governance is understood by all our people; they know what it means for them and our business.
International standards.
ISO develop international standard like ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. They don't directly issue certifications to organisations, this is performed by expert external auditors. We take certifications seriously and we're proud of the work we've done to achieve them.
