We’re proud to announce that we have come 4th in the ‘large company’ category of the Best Workplaces in Travel 2023 and are among the UK’s Top 25 places to work in travel. In fact, we're the only TMC to make the overall Top 25 list!
The sparkling awards reception took place in London on 14 June, where we competed against 25 other large travel industry organisations.
The Best Workplaces in Travel was launched in January 2022 to recognise travel companies who support and develop their people in fast-paced and challenging industry. The entries comprised an employee survey and judges graded the workplaces based on their feedback.
“We’ve been making a lot of changes over the years to create an enjoyable workplace and culture reflective of the agiito brand. We’re delighted to have our employee-focused initiatives scored so highly in the first awards, which demonstrates how we value the talent we have and allows us to benchmark ourselves so we can continue to improve,” commented Katie Blount, Director of Experience at Agiito.
