We are proud to announce that Agiito took second place for Agency of the Year and our Events and Operations Team took third place at this year’s miaList Awards 2023.
It was a very close competition for Agency of the Year. We took second place thanks to our leading customer satisfaction scores, staff and customer retention figures, combined with to the way we have adapted our ways of working and improved bookers’ user-experience as the first agency to launch live availability – all of which made us stand out from the rest. Another hotly contested category was Team of the Year (Events and Operations). The team stood out by the way they have managed hundreds of events whilst progressing towards ISO20121 sustainable events and strategically improving our operations to benefit customers. This was evident in our highest-ever net promoter score and the impact this team’s achievements have had on the overall business. Here's the award-winning video entry for the Team of Year.
As a ‘celebration of togetherness’, the annual miaList awards was a three-stage process comprising a judged written submission and video entry alongside a public vote. The 20 different categories aim to recognise those who go above and beyond the call of duty and play an instrumental role in making their organisation a success in the meetings and events sector.
The winners were announced at the live ceremony held on 6 October at Park Plaza London Victoria, where we made it to the final in three categories of the miaList awards 2023: Individual Award (Richard Shacklock), Team of the Year (Events and Operations) and Agency of the Year.

Our venue-find and events team are also shortlisted in the upcoming Business Travel Awards Europe for the Travel Partner of the Year - Meetings and Events and our Meetingspro tool is in the final of the Technology Innovation – Meetings and Events category.
