Our rail and all-things ground transport expert, Josh Collier, has joined the newly formed Trainline’s 'Industry Partners - Customer Advisory Board', which aims to drive strategic discussion around key issues affecting rail, helping support the rail customer experience.
Josh, who is already the surface transportation strategy group chair for the BTA, joins several other members from diverse travel industry sectors within the UK, with the objective to explore any ‘pain-points’ within rail and identify potential solutions to ensure continuous improvement for Trainline, the UK’s leading independent rail management platform and its customers.
“Rail is a key focus for our customers, especially due to the sustainability benefits on offer, and it’s really important as we start to come out of the pandemic that we incentivise people back to the railway” explains Josh.
“I can optimise my position as an intermediary to raise the issues our rail customers share with us at Agiito, whilst also working with the Trainline on what future developments could look like so that a customer's rail profile is in the best possible all-round position. I’m honoured to be asked and looking forward to our first session next month”.
