We led the way for Travel Management Companies at the ITM Achievement Awards 2023, winning four categories:

Held at the Leonardo Royal Hotel (London Tower Bridge) on 30 June, we were shortlisted for a record seven out of nine categories of the ITM Achievement Awards, which are in their second year. Organised by the Institute of Travel Management, the awards celebrate excellence across the travel community and recognise the mentees from the ITM Mentoring Programme.
We’re delighted to see our people and teams’ achievements from different business areas recognised again this time around having scooped three awards at last year’s glittering ceremony.
The work Resource Manager Matthew McCrudden did to lead our operational response/mobilisation of ‘Project Bridges’ - the covert once-in-a-lifetime operation following the death of Queen Elizabeth II - won him the Service Excellence (individual) Award. Matt’s quick-thinking ensured customers were serviced with 4,000+ room nights and negotiated thousands of pounds of cancellation charges.
Senior Account Manager, Ann Thomas, won the Programme Achievement Award for her work to review and re-launch the management of our Small Medium Enterprise (SME) programmes.
The mobile team won the Programme Achievement (team) category, the rollout of our new mobile app that also solved industry-wide operational issues.
