Our Account Executive - Venue Find and Events, Olivia Taylor, has made it onto the prestigious CN 30underThirty development programme.
Olivia, who joined the Venue Find team in January 2023, was quickly promoted, and showed her strength of character and determination to succeed from day one. Despite being in the Account Executive role for only six months, her passion for the industry and commitment to her own personal growth really set her apart from the other applicants.
From helping to organise seasonal customer events, to arranging booker engagement sessions to promote online adoption, Olivia uses her initiative and has forged strong networks along the way.
Olivia said: “It’s great that my development has been recognised by getting onto this prestigious industry programme. As someone who came into the industry with no experience, I know how important mentoring is in your career development. I’m so excited to join this year’s cohort and the opportunities being on this list brings with it.”
The highly-competitive annual programme, now in its sixth consecutive year, brings together 30 of the best and boldest young leaders, creators and thinkers in the conference and events industry to celebrate their achievements.
The class of 2023 cohort will be celebrated at an awards ceremony taking place at International Confex on 28 February, ExCel London. Once inducted, Olivia will join the 30underThirty community, where she will be giving networking opportunities and personalised programme of experiential and practical content to support her development.
