Following an expert panel shortlisting us for the ‘Best Events and Operations Team’, ‘Best Innovation’ (Meetingspro) and ‘Sustainability Award’ categories, the second stage now relies on votes to determine the winners of the prestigious 2022 miaList.
The last year has been another toughie, but our people got you connecting again! Our Events and Operations Team sought safe and creative solutions, and continued delivering hundreds of engaging meetings and events.
The changes our in-house tech experts have made to Meetingspro with its unique instant booking functionality and user-friendly portal, is empowering customers with more choice and convenience when it comes to booking. It has also improved the overall delegate experience and providing customer value with enhanced real-time MI. This innovation is also optimising our own business efficiencies.
Our forward-thinking sustainability strategy of empowering others to make positive sustainable changes has not only benefitted our business, but has set a benchmark for our customers and the industry to follow. We have launched a range of internal and customer-facing sustainability initiatives, from the ISO20121 we are working towards to the the additional carbon training our people, all help us, and our customers, make greener choices.
